At Aura by Rimsha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Products that have been stitched, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return (unless faulty).
How to Request a Return

- Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace it at no extra cost.
